Your symptoms may be due to increased screen time. Start with eye drops refresh tears 4 times a day. Take frequent breaks from the screen. Follow the 20 20 20 rule where every 20 mins you take a break from the screen for at least 20 secs and look away at a distance of 20 feet. Wash eyes with cool water few times in a day.
Next Steps
If no improvement in a few days, consider online consultation

You can use any lubricant 0.5% 4 times a day. If your symptoms don't improve in a day or two please seek a video consult with an ophthalmologist
