Your symptoms may be due to increased screen time. Start with eye drops refresh tears 4 times a day. Take frequent breaks from the screen. Follow the 20 20 20 rule where every 20 mins you take a break from the screen for at least 20 secs and look away at a distance of 20 feet. Wash eyes with cool water few times in a day.

If ur screen time ( mobile , computer, tv) is more then practice 20 min of near work looking for 20 sec , use lubricants (refresh liquigel eye drops - 4 times/day )
Use some decongestant eye drops like ocurest eye drop. Please check if your nose is blocked or you have a cold .You will need medicines for that as well.
