Washing eyes
Is it healthy to wash our eyes with water just as we wash our face regularly after coming from outside ??
I use tap water as usual for washing face ( which is cold)

You should wash eyes with clean water
It clean periocular area... And decrease the eye strain and relaxes the eye
Cold compresses is equally good
Try to scrub your lashes and do lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down while washing eyes...

It is not necessary to wash your eyes daily unless u feel any dirt or dust inside your eye.our tear secretion will clean our eyes anyway.
