Water Soluble for HSG
Since my previous question was not clear - I got HSG done and tubes are patent. Water Soluble Iodinated Contrast media was used for performing the test. Will it help in flushing out any minor blockages? I read on internet that only Oil Based Solubles help. Can't trust Google :) so pls advise. Planning for iui in the same cycle

You have used a water soluble medium which is actually used for intravenous injection in certain conditions. Your tubes are patent. You should be happy.

As both the tubes are patent on usg, the type of contrast medium doesn’t matter at present.
