No need of water however hot it be. Breast milk if adequate, meets baby's requirements

Continue only with breastfeeds. Breast milk contains enough water for your baby and she/he will not require anything extra for the initial six months of life unless there is loose stools or vomiting which can be replaced by WHO ORS
