Wart on all over head

I am looking for a treatment of wart , I am facing this problem for last five years , more than 50 are there on my head . Is there any permanent treatment for this ..

The only permenant treatment for warts is thier removal and the more u delay it will increase in number and size too. So dont delay more and visit a dermat nearby
