Check the core body temperature using a thermometer. If less than 100.3°F,  no need to worry. Avoid putting too much of clothes and sweating too. If possible, keep the temperature around 28°F. Regular bathing should be done.

Hi.. what is abies temperature?? Did u check?.. it's a good habit to keep a record of temperature of baby.... If its below 99.5 F Don't worry.. Does baby have any other symptoms?  Is baby active.. If not do try a direct online consult as visiting a doctor for minor issue is not advisable..
Next Steps
Its highly possible that due to hit environment babies body will be heated too..

Hello check the temperature if it's less than 100 deg F then nothing to worry. Its normal since babies sometimes produce heat. Other things make sure that feeding is normal.
