Babies normally have warm body and head. Check temperature with a thermometer. If temperature is above 100 deg F, then it's fever. Give fever medication accordingly If child is active and playful, no need to worry.

If vomiting continues or urine amount or frequency reduces and baby is dull, visit a pediatrician
