Wants to gain weight
M 20 n weighs only 50kg... i eagerly wants to gain weight bt didn't want to take any supplement.. plz suggest me any other way of gaining weight in a short span of time... i will b highly thankful to you... n yes m vegetarian.

There are two types of weight gains. 1. Healthy way to gain weight. this method....You gain muscles more and little fats. You can gain weight healthy way by consuming three proper meals with little ghee or butter. Apart from meals you should take full cream milk, nuts like groundnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, pista, dates, figs, banana, fruits. 2. Unhealthy weight gain. In this method one gains more fat than lean muscle mass. Apart from three meals a person eats junk or sweets on everyday basis thinking they can eat anything to gain weight. But they usually land up in hormonal disturbances and low immunity ....making them prone for recurrent infections. I will suggest you to adopt first method and consume the junk food in moderation.
