Wanted to know ovulation
Hello Doctor, My wife is going through follicular study. today was her 17 day. DF in right ovary is 24*23 and in left ovary DF is 14*14. Fluid in POD is nil. ET is 9.9mm. wanted to know that ovulation has been done or not. we are planning our first baby. Her period cycle is 28 day, so accordingly ovulation should be on day 14or 15. But today 17 also end. Bit worry, plz suggest

Single follicular scan will not be able to exactly tell whether ovulation has occured or not. U have to get follicular scan from day11-17. Also consult with fertility expert for preconceptional counselling

Ovulation occurred but it has not ruptured Unless it rupture pregnancy won’t occur So Take a shot of HCG 5000 unit /IM for rupture Be in contact All set to be pregnancy

She can now take a trigger shot for ovulation as the endometrium is of good thickness....all the best

Sometimes even on d22ovulation happens. Particularly when you are stressedout

Ok.. Sometimes it's irregular due to various reasons.. Don't worry.. Ask your gynecologist for help

since the follicle has not yet ruptured means she has not yet ovulated. you cn ask your doctor for a trigger shot to cause follicle rupture.
