Your ECG shows non specific t wave changes in
Lateral leads . ECG doesn't show LVH .An echocardiogram is the test of choice in establishing the diagnosis of LVH.and your echo detected mild LVH.Mostlikely it is due to underlying condition uncontrolled BP.
