I have reduced my weight from 75.5Kg to 67kg by controlling food habbits & walking. Now the effect is not faster I want to further reduce it to 60 kg. In the meanwhile I also feel angry. So need a diet plan as I want proper calorie intake

Hi dietician Mansi this side plz send me your previous diet or give me your details your eating schedule morning to till dinner after that we can guide you.
1) Never skip your breakfast
2) don't take 2 carbs and 2 protein together
3) Don't take dal in night
4)If you are eating out than go for one option.
And if you are interested in proper customize diet according to your blood group than you can pay for it.
