In past 6 monty I tried almost everything gyming to diet but nothing worked. My weight is still same. Because of this m Also having period issues.
I need to loose weight atleast 20 kg in 8 months. Please help me out with this

The most important thing to understand here is just gyming or physical activity is directly not related to weight loss. It's always 90% role is played by your diet. You must dieting correct as per your knowledge but only a Nutritionist can help you out in correct way.. This Problem with periods can be a sign of Pcos also..

First of all, stress is not the solution, it is the problem. I am saying so, because, taking stress about your weight is one of the major reasons of "not being able to loose weight." The more you'll think about it, the more you'll be stressed.
You just need to be relax and eat right, i.e.: eat healthy and at the right time with right portion.

Hello dear..if you are doing workout and diet both but still you are not reducing means either you have some flaw in diet and workout or you have some lifestyle issues(which can be resolverd).As you have mentioned your periods are not normal ,it is possible that you have a hormonal problem.when it is hormonal it becomes little tough to reduce weight initially but with a perfect diet and appropriate workout you can reduce very easily.All you have to trust it.
