I want to reduce my weight. According to my height I am overweighted. Suggest me some ways to reduce it.

Hey ,have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.
