As suCh I have no problem but sometimes suffers from migraine and stomach bloating problem that's why want to loose weight without exercise

Take low fat high fiber diet. Take plenty of water every day .Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.
