Now im at 77 kilos, I wanted to loose my weight. Can u pls help me with some indoor excersises.. Or it is advisable to maintain it ?

Hi - Thanks for your question. your present BMI is 26.65 (range 18.5 - 24.5). so no worry u v just crossed range ,do u r overweight not obese. now you can do some yoga/ poses like snake ,pose, DHANURASAN, BAZRASAN, bakrasan etc. Mainly regular dynamic activities ,walkiw,skipping & low calorie low fat diet only help u faster way.

Yes indoor exercises help to loose weight...but first preexercise assessment is needed to evaluate your pulse, bp, stamina, core strength. After evaluation exercises are first taught under expert guidance and than a customised chart is given which you can do at home. Without pre-assessment many times exercises are done in wrong manner and patient usually develops muscle or ligament injury
