Want to loose muscle
Im 15 and I really want to be skinnier but I don’t know how. I already do swimming twice a week and walk everyday but I still have unwanted fat around my tummy, back, arms and thighs.and it won’t go away, It makes me self conscious. I’ve attempted dieting but it’s always ended in me eating a load of junk and I go to the gym but I don’t know what exercises I should be doing to become skinny. I don’t want to build any more muscle, I just want to loose fat. Please help

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
