I would suggest you it's better to take a consultation from gastrologist . Then as per his advice take proper medication and then consult a qualified clinical dietician . She will plan appropriate nutrition plan for you.

Hello Try to maintain proper schedule for taking meals. Include freshly prepared curd, butter milk in your diet to improve your gut health. Ensure that you take protein rich foods like dal. lentils, milk, curd, paneer, egg, fish, soya nuggets, in all the 3 meals that is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Keep a gap of atleast 30-40 minutes before and after eating your meals. Do exercise regularly for at least 40 minutes daily, take 7-8 hours of sleep. Avoid fried, processed and ready to eat foods and sugary drinks. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables of different colors daily. Hope it will help solve your problem. Thanks
