Try to maintain proper schedule for taking meals.
Include freshly prepared curd, butter milk in your diet to improve your gut health.
Ensure that you take protein rich foods like dal. lentils, milk, curd, paneer, egg, fish, soya nuggets, in all the 3 meals that is breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Keep a gap of atleast 30-40 minutes before and after eating your meals.
Do exercise regularly for at least 40 minutes daily, take 7-8 hours of sleep.
