Hello doc, I want to gain my weight. I've completed my bachelor degree. But for my body structure I look like a boy from class 11/12. I tried a lot to gain my weight but no results. I'm skinny from my childhood. And I do smoking for 4-5 years. I have a little problem of gastric. Once I tried some ayurvedic tablets but the result was good for a short time like 2 months. Then as always I lost weight.
Please suggest me something good to gain weight.

1. What is your height and current weight? So that I can calculate your ideal body weight as per your BMI.
2. What is your daily meal Patten? I mean are you eating enough calories? For weight gain, one should eat healthy and at least 500 kcals extra per day.
