Usually Morphine is last resort for refractory pain all.over body except headache.

If pain is mild, paracetamol to be considered. Moderate pain either tramadol or tramdol+paracetamol combination can be tried. If pain is not responding to tramadol, then morphine can be considered. All these drugs should be under supervision of oncologist or palliative care specialist. Bupernorphine and fentanyl patch also can be considered
