Walking and exercise
Walking in morning is helpful  to reduce the weight or at evening will it reduce I am in the weight of 64 kgs I am regularly walking at. Evening past one week my leg is paining a lot I am walking so fast for 20 mins and normal for 10 mins after that 1 to 1/2 hrs I am playing badminton will it help to reduce my weight by doing the following activities I have mentioned or I planning to go for a walk at morning which one is better plz suggest me
