Your level of physical activity is very good, but with 20,000 brisk steps daily, your current diet is too repetitive and low in protein and total calories for long-term health. While muesli with toned milk is healthy, taking it for multiple meals can lead to muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, and plateaued fitness, even if weight looks stable. What You Should Do: • Replace at least one muesli meal with a high-protein balanced meal (eggs, paneer, dal, curd, fish, or lean meat with roti/rice) • Ensure adequate protein intake to support muscles and recovery • Add variety: fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats • Continue brisk walking, but include 2–3 days of strength training weekly • Get Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels checked, as deficiencies are common with restricted diets
Next Steps
Very high daily steps with low calorie/protein intake can cause overtraining, weakness, hormonal imbalance, and low immunity • Watch for warning signs like persistent fatigue, dizziness, frequent illness, or muscle cramps • Avoid extreme dietary restriction thinking it is “healthy” — nutrition must match activity
Health Tips
Your discipline is excellent. With slight dietary correction and better protein balance, your routine will support long-term fitness, strength, and overall health.
