You can not get pregnant by intercourse on 5 December if your next period is due on 9 December. 5 December will be considered as a safe zone for pregnancy.

If you have regular cycles then intercourse on 5th December will not cause pregnancy as it was safe period

If you didn't get your periods on 9th December you should confirm pregnancy if negative you can take medicine for your periods if your periods are regular.
