Hi dear If u had just one loose motion u need not require anything but u can take Tab vibact ds twice a day for 3 days this is just good gut bacterias which help in controlling loose motions and also u can eat curd at home that is full of probiotic. Hopefully it won't increase in case the issue continues we might have to give antibiotics so consult if required Take care
