Vomiting, nausatic, no appetite lethargi
My daughter vomited 5 times on Tuesday night. No fever and no diarhea or soft stool. Pediatrician gave antibiotics and anti acid raniton medicine and some enzyme. She has not been eating well and she is still nauseatic and has become less active and always sleepy n tired. She has not poop since then and is passing gas that smells. Please help?.

4 days no stool means she's constipated. What was the stool pattern like, before Tuesday? Whether any abdominal pain any of these days? Whether constipation was the reason for vomiting in the 1st place?

Give Emeset syrup 5ml one dose (for nausea), then fluids, fruits, light diet. If still no stool, she will need a laxative
