Vomiting in babies
Hello doc my baby is 20months old 3-4 days back she vomited 10-14 times though she didn't eat anything just water..later I gave her ondem syrup she was fine fr a while again in evening she vomited whatever she ate we took her to the doc he have her a injection she was fine the next day he gave her following meds ondem, cefixime oral suspension 50mg/5 ml and digene after every meal as she was holding her stomach as if it was paining .no today is the 4th day she vomited again once yesterday she was fine..she poops Everytime her stomach pains due to gas , but after vomiting and pooping she will b absolutely fine and otherwise also she is active ,I am  really worried as there is a curfew..

Get stool test done Watch for blood and pus in stool

Seems to be stomach and intestinal infection ( Acute gastro enteritis) Give ORS. Syp Zinconia 5 ml once per day for 7 days. Enterogermina 1 ampule morning and evening for 5-7 days.

U need not worry ma... It seems to be AGE(Acute Gastroenteritis)... Since she s 1.8yrs old she might hv mouthing habits nd dat would be d cause fr her stomach infection.. Positive thing s she doesn't hv fever so u cn continue d same medication along wit ORS... Wats her weight ma?
