Meanwhile, your first step would be to keep yourself hydrated. Drink plenty of WHO ORS, also available as Electral powder. Sip every 5 to 10 mins. Avoid plain water as it can worsen electrolyte imbalance. Stop solid food temporarily, stick to ORS, coconut water and Barley water. After vomiting stabilizers each The BRAT diet (Banana, cooked Rice, Applesauce (boiled apple) and Toast. don't consume milk or any other dairy products.

For Vomitings take tab.Ondansetron (Domperidone) Loose motion ORS + Probiotic sachet (like Econorm) Stomach pain Antispasmodic like Drotaverine/Buscopan Infection Antibiotics ONLY if advised (eg. Norfloxacin, Rifaximin)

If you have strong nausea and more vomiting,  first take Inj. Ondansetron 2m.l I.M., otherwise there is risk of vomiting out the tablets. Then after 8  to 10 hours , take tab  domperidone 10mg every 8hours for 2 days. Tab ofloxacin+Tinidazole one morning and one evening for 3 days. Tab lomofen 2mg every 8hours for 2 to 3 doses and should be stopped once loose motions stops. Tab meftal spas one every 8 hours for 2 days. Oral rehydration solution , add a packet to about a liter of water and drink it in small quantity for over an hour. If weakness is more , feeling giddy, b.p.is low, take 500ml of dextrose, normal saline  (DNS)fluid intravenous in a hospital setting.

Tab Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once for vomit. OR Inj ondasteron one ample intramuscular in gluteal reason. Tab meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3 days. Once  vomit stop add lots of water liquid lemonade, electoral powder ,buttermilk. Enterogermina respule three times for three days to stop stool. Oz tab two times a day after food for 3 to five days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 5 days.
