I had urine infection from long time Two days before I masturbated Next day I had fever and vomiting and body pain Today I don't have vomiting but still have body pain and fever Took paracetamol didn't help which blood tests can help me?

go for routine investigations — cbc , sr electrolytes , urine routine and microscopy advice- drink more plenty of fluid ORS - add in one litter water tab sporlac ds bd tab pantocid 40 od tab oflox oz bd tab emset 4mg sos for 3 days avoid oily and spicy food avoid fried food
