I have low grade fever ranging from 98.6 to 99.5 from last 4 months my thyroid test was normal typhoid test negative and in cbc had haemoglobin 10.8 and everything else was normal no other issue also visited few docs and they said i was perfectly alright but since 2 days i found a lump under my left jaw its movable and painful when i touch it i am very worried pls advice

The lump can be an enlarged lymph node. Which may occur due to throat infection or there can be few more causes. You will need some more investigations for this fever of 4 months.
