Sir dont worry. First see if ur child is dull, not taking ors ,sunken eyes, decreased urination ,abdomen distension.if so go immediately consult a pediatrician. If no start giving ors.syp ondem thrice daily before feed for vomittings.give zinc drops 1ml once daily for 14days.maintain hydration and hygiene. Do handwash.
