Volitra Gel during pregnancy
I am 33 week pregnant. I am facing shoulder pain from tomorrow. I have applied Volitra Gel 1 time today.. after that I googled that it is not safe during pregnancy. If I not apply it again is it very harmful? I a have applied once only. Please help.

Local application is relatively okay
If in doubt use everything in moderation.
Use heating pad /accupressure.proper sleeping posture keep spine in neutral position.
