I have high pitch voice which sounds like female's which is sometimes very embarrassing. How I can improve this ?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I have already answered this question yesterday. You have to get it checked out by a ENT specialist and a speech therapist in person for further evaluation and management.. Speech therapy will be helpful for you. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
