Hai,
Your condition is PRESBYLARYNGES. Its due to muscular weakness or nerve damage. Homoeopathic medicines in lower potency have pathological action and will make you improve for sure. Improvement is assessed based on your symptoms on monthly basis and laryngoscopy ( once in 3 weeks ). Vocal cord bowing has some complications and it will be good if you could share other reports related to this complaints.
The common first line of treatment is Voice therapy, continue this.

Vocal cord bowing with a persistent phonatory gap after healing of vocal cord ulcers can occur due to several reasons, including scarring, thinning (atrophy), muscle weakness, incomplete recovery of the vocal fold tissue, or changes in vocal cord vibration and closure patterns. Similarly, chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction (glue ear without active infection) may have multiple contributing factors, including mucosal inflammation, allergies, structural factors, and pressure regulation problems.
The first thing I would say is that homeopathy can physically "rebuild" damaged tissue in the way that surgery, injection laryngoplasty, voice therapy, or certain ENT procedures are designed to address structural defects.
However, not every patient with a phonatory gap has the same degree of structural damage. In some cases, there may be ongoing inflammation, mucosal irritation, recurrent throat strain, poor vocal function, allergy-related issues, reflux, or incomplete functional recovery. To be honest some conditions even though incurable give a significant improvement with proper homoeopathic treatment, but to claim to cure it is false hope, few cases that do show magical improvement is rare and its purely luck, what we can do is try to do as much possible for recovery and manage symptoms.
