If polyp is too small it can be managed conservatively by medicines and maintaining vocal hygiene.

Surgery will help you get rid of the issue sooner. How ever you can also try medical management first and then follow with your ENT specialist every month to see the status of the polyp.

Avoid excessive vocal abuse. give voice rest. use antaacids for few weeks. even Oral steroids recommended by your ENT consultant can help
