Hello. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and developed vitiligo patches on both breast from 3rd month. Should I get it treated now or wait till my delivery and then go to a dermatologist? Is there any treatment to control the spread of Vitiligo and is there any specific diet?

Hey dont ignore your white patches , as it may grow with time and at later stage may become cosmetically unacceptable , but at the same time be careful to take any oral medication for this as it may harm your status of pregnancy . So I will advice you better to consult me now for required treatment and don't delay , may be at this stage , medicated ointments me help and it will improve fully .
