If it is in little below to normal range it is possible to increase range with only diet... But if it is too below than normal range definitely we should take suppliment so this is totally depends of the parameters...
But generally to improve B12 start to take meat and properly cooked organs weekly 2 to 3 times if there's is no any co-morbidities and for vit-D drink almond milk or soaked almond 7 numbers go for walk under sunlight in the morning

Mostly these vitamins are found in non vegetarian food products. If you are a non vegetarian the levels can met easily in few months by including fish, lean chicken, eggs in the diet. But to prescribe a particular diet i will need more details and blood reports
Gud afternoon pls have a healthy balanced diet with a healthy lifestyle routine like daily exercise for minimum of 30-40mins, sleep early in night,reduce stress if u have of any kind either by doing meditation or yoga for 15-20mins in evening ,drink atleast 3ltrs of water including other liquid food items like milk,fruit shakes, clear soups etc. For medication pls consult a good physician.
