I have 9.7 haemoglobin, vitamin b12 80 pg/ml, and vitamin D 19.02 nmol/L. What changes can I make to my diet(being a vegetarian) to get these levels to normal?Do I need to take supplements?

Taking suppliments will help to settle nutrient deficiencies quickly . But its not a permanant solution. One need to think and improve on his/ her diet. Well balanced diet is mandatory to prevent many nutritional deficiencies.
