Vitamin Deficiency
Having Vitamin B12 deficiency, been more than a few days since i'm taking a dose of Nuhenz tablet every day still having symptoms. Q: Could you please describe its symptoms properly? Nd please suggest its supplement coz I can't eat non-veg, I'm a vegan.

If you want rapid relief from symptoms kindly take vitB12 injections once daily for 5 days then weekly once for 4 weeks, then monthly for 1 year . By tablets it takes time to reduce symptoms. If you have B12 report you can send me . Based on that severity of symptoms will be there

There are many symptoms which person can experience while having vit B12 deficiency. Most common are general weakness , anaemia,tiredness , fatigue , tingling & numbness of fingers or toes , perepheral neuropathy , sometimes poor concentration . In severe deficiencies can affect brain functions also Regarding medication , most of the time it does improve with oral tablet due to lack of intrinsic factor in the intestine which helps in its absorption & this is the reason also for the deficiency also. To solve this problem it can be take in the injection form or now a days Vit B12 sublingual tab ( mouth dissolving ) r available which give a fast rise in ur blood level so quickly relieve ur symptoms

b12 defiecny causes 1) anemia (low hb) symptoms - weakness, fatigue, lightheadedness, palpitation., 2) nerve damage- symptoms- burning of feet, tingling or pin and needle sensation in soles and palms, sometime numbness 3) brain- very severe and prolonged deficiency can affect brain and spinal cord. it can cause a disease called SACD. if you can not take non veg then you have to continue to take b12 suplement. tab neurobion forte is a cheaper alternative to nuhenz. some amount of b12 is found in milk and milk products, see if you can include those in your diet.

Vit B 12 is helpful to provide oxygen and nourishment to your organs and muscles ... it even helps to send energy to brain ...so deficiency of Vit B12 can lead if fatigue , hair loss , weakness , anxiety , low memory and many other issues .... I think u should change Nuhenz and start something else which should have Vit D also in it . Can u share your last report of Vit B 12 and since how long are you taking Nuhenz .
