Vitamin d3 level low
Hello doctor, Iam 39 and I was having body pain, muscle weakness and fatigue for the last 6 months (unable to lift even a 5 kg bag). Took blood tests and found vit b12, d3 was low. Was advised medication(lumia 60 k for 2 months and vitamin b12 tablets). After 3 months tested again, d3 raised only marginally, still having muscle ache and weakness. B12 reading is fine now. What should be the next course ?

Supplements will not help you, if you do not add dairy products in your diet and spend some time in the morning sun.
