Vitamin d3
I have insufficiency of vitamin d i get it checked in February and have taken vitamin d tablet for 1 month on and off not regularly. My test count for vitamin d3 was 13. Should i take supplement and if yes please suggest which one and for how long. I do have pcod as well.

For vitamin D You can take D rise sachet with milk 6000 iu once a week for next 2-3 months Then once in 15 days
