I have vitamin d3 deficiency in last year. I consult doctor he is suggested d rise 60k 8 weeks and 8 months.now completed full course .again pain starts in fingers and shoulders .in further want to continue any tablets low dosage or want to continue same 60k per month .please suggest me.how its control without tablet.
