Query about vitamin B12
I am 31 years old male. As long as I can remember I feel intense urge of urine with pain in urinary bladder with urine leakage and functional dyspepsia. Urine R/E report normal. But Vitamin B12 is 262. Now my question is urine leakage and bladder pain is due to deficiency of vitamin B12???

Your B12 level is fine. B12 is not related to urinary symptoms that you have. This needs detailed history about your symptoms to diagnose and treat. Feel free to consult with me.

Vit B12 in very low range may cause neurologic dysfunction and thus bladder problems but I think a level of 262 is not too low to cause them. Evaluation for urinary incontinence is needed. More history and Pelvic ultrasound, urodynamic studies may be required for further evaluation.
