Vitamin D Toxicity
On 13th March 2023 My 25- hydroxy vitamin d3 blood test levels were 26.20 nmol/l  . My doctor prescribed me d3 must 60k tablet once a week for 8 weeks ... Last monday i.e 29th may 2023 my 8 weeks got completed... Today I went for 25 - hydroxy vitamin d3 blood test and it came 330 nmol/l... My question is does these increased values of vitamin d3 can cause me vitamin d toxicity... ?

Increased vit d levels lead to hypercalcaemia ... ingestion of 40–100 times the normal physiologic requirement of vitamin D (amounts >40,000-100,000 U/d) is usually required to produce significant hypercalcemia in otherwise healthy individuals.
