Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

In my opinion u must go for vitamin b 12 test if this is also deranged then also calf pain can also occur and for vitamin d u need to achieve a mark of 75 which is 37 rite now so I need to take vit d more to over come the deranged value...if vitamin b 12 is deranged then u also has to take supplements for that...for calf pain u can also go for dry needling technique which is used to release the muscle spasm...get well soon take care..
Next Steps
U need to find a physio who can perform this technique as this is a new technique
Health Tips
U need to drink lot of water to over come calf pain

vitamin D deficiency can contribute to calf pain, and I will suggest you to take Vitamin d supplements for the same. Since your investigations are not revealing any anomaly, I will be in a better position to tell you about your problem after checking you. you can visit my clinic in punjabi bagh, delhi or some other orthopedic in your vicinity

Hello, In my opinion, Now a days.... Vit D deficiency is over rated.. Before MRI and Doppler...25 years youth should  consider a simple self test to assess your calf muscle endurance. Single leg step calf raise test : If you are able to successfully complete 20 reps each side then you are normal. If not ... Just go to gym...period. Most of the muscular pain is because of inactivity, weakness > tightness.
