Hello....as u r 29 ..u must not keep ur vid d this low. As it can hinder ur fertility . And u are not too low...u r just below the lower normal limit. But your cholesterol is seriously high. I would recommend u to make a consultation to help u with Ur diet plan and medication. And u must not eat too much anti cholesterol tab ( statins and finofibrates) .

Hi. Various labs report Vitamin D in different units. 45 is normal if it's ng/mL but mildly low if it's nmol/L.
Just a mild modification to include vit D rich food and sun exposure should be enough. But for a good measure we can add vitD supplements.
When it comes to cholesterol, 334 is high. But will need to see the full report and take proper history to decide on starting medications.
