Vitamin D for 14 years old boy
My son's vitamin D is 6.31 ng/ml . Pls recommend how to increase it??? His calcium is 9.96 mg/dl. I also want to know why vitamin D is so less inspite of calcium being normal.

Give inj Arachitol (6Lac) intramuscular stat . Followed by Tab dv60k weekly once for 8-10 weeks. Cod liver oil capsules ( non veg.source) can be taken once daily . Get exposed to early morning sun for 5 minutes.

Vitamin as supplementation 60000 units weekly for  8 weeks Adequate milk and curd along with calcium tablets
