My Vitamin D2+D3 total is 16.71 Ng/ml. As per report below 20 is deficient. Should I be taking Vitamin D supplement. I feel weakness or fatigue also and pain in knees/elbow sometimes as well. How much of I.U tablet per day is required or recommended and to be taken? And till how much time I need to take the supplement? Will there be any side effects ?
