I have vitamin d deficiency of 8 ng/ml. Doctor advised to take 60000iu per week. I completed my first oral but still feeling body pain and tiredness. Am I taking right dose and any additional supplements needed? Please help

For hypovitaminosis D, I would suggest :
1. Injection Arachitol(6 Lacs units) stat intramuscularly.
2. Cap Dsol 60k weekly once for 8 weeks.
3. Cold liver oil capsules once daily(non veg)
Check vitamin D levels after 1month.
You can take Cap Evion (vit E) along for 1 month.

it takes atleast a month or so to see results. image if we sow seeds do we get a tree in a week? no right! same way body needs to absorb vitamin d which for some is slow and for others it's fast. be assured will get to normal level in atleast a month or so.
eat avocado and get some sun exposure to make it faster l.
