Hi Ur Vitamin D level is very less. You need to take Supplement with a diet rich in Vitamin D. It will be very difficult for you to cover up the Vitamin D deficiency with a diet only. Vitamin D rich food  are as follows   1. Fortified spreads  2. Fortified breakfast cereal Powdered milk  3. Egg yolk   4. Shrimp   5. Milk (fortified)  6. Cereal (fortified)  7. Yogurt (fortified)  8. Orange juice (fortified)  9. Mushrooms  10. Cheese    11. OIL FISHES                 For Supplement contact a doctor,I am not right person to prescribe medicine.
