Vitamin D Deficiency
I am having vitamin D deficiency. The value is 8.72 ng/ml. How can i overcome it? Should i take any supplement or is there any other way to overcome

Vitamin D deficiency is very very common. Treatment is also very simple. If no symptoms,  start one Tab Calcirol 60k, weekly for 10 weeks And then continue one Tab monthly. If there are symptoms,  get one shot  of Inj  Vit D ,I/M  stat Then one Tab monthly.
