Hi,
I recently had a full body check and my vitamin D level stood at 7.2 ng/mL. How can I improve my vitamin D levels? Is injection the only viable method or will oral medication help too?

Hi..the vitamin D is low and u need to take medications for that ...since this forum does not allow prescriptions please consult a physician online who will be able to provide u the prescription for the medication
